Parenting is not for the weak. Cooking, cleaning, bath time, work, driving the kids to practice, church, working out, all while keeping your sanity is no small feat. Because maybe it seems you’re caught in a juggling act, but you’re doing your best. This exists to help you thrive instead of just surviving.

Kids are notorious for hiding "oops" and other mistakes.  I had one child that would hide their poop filled diaper if it happened at night.  Well, as adults sometimes we are guilty for hiding our poop too.  We try and hide our mistakes, when we are wrong and what we really need to do is to OWN UP TO IT!  Apologize to yourself or to someone that you've been avoiding.  Get it done and over with and stop hiding.

Make a list of your family, and think of anything you might have guilt with.  Own up to it and move on.

Now with smaller kids, you may have to say a silent apology to yourself because they may not have any idea what you're talking about.  But get it out and move on.

Good luck but I know you'll love the way you feel afterwards!
